Chinese Characters Hit This All-White Nike Dunk High

Earlier this year, Nike paid homage to China's beloved street food vendors with the SB Dunk Low 'Street Hawker', and now the Swoosh is saluting Chinese culture on another Dunk – an all-white Dunk High. Though not as overt in its inspiration as the aforementioned 'Street Hawker', this Dunk is still a worthy addition to Nike's Asia-inspired canon, sitting alongside other crisp pairs like the legendary SB Dunk Low 'Tokyo'.

Comparisons aside (of which there are plenty to be made), this high-top Dunk is composed entirely of white leathers both smooth and tumbled as seen in the above image from @leaked.sneaks. The heaviest texture is seen on the tongue and throat, both of which are crafted of white woven leather. A single row of stars sneaks onto the toebox, replacing some of its standard perforations, and a Chinese character that roughly translates to 'Pick Up' or '10' is seen on the heels. The same character is seen on the insole, and leather collar lining rounds off the look.

Currently, no release date has been announced for this elegant Dunk High. However, it's likely to arrive sometime in 2022.
