Full Reveal! Nike’s Celebratory ‘Somos Familia’ Collection

Update October 21, 2022: Nike has revealed their full ‘Somos Familia’ collection ahead of the Día de Muertos celebrations on November 3. The collection will include the Air Force 1, Dunk High, Air Max 1 and Air Jordan 1 Zoom Comfort!
All four pairs will launch at select Nike stockists on October 22.
National Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated in the United States between September 15 and October 15 and honours Latin American culture and history in all 52 States. are joining this year’s celebrations, reworking their and for a pack known as ‘Somos Familia’, which translates to ‘we are family’.
Kicking it off is the Dunk High, which boasts a mesh and leather combination alongside embroidered patterned details throughout. The Air Max 1 hosts a variety of materials, including suede, leather and burlap, while the mudguard rocks floral debossed patterns. Each shoe is finished off with an embroidered butterfly motif on the rear and ‘Somos Familia’ insoles.
