Nike CEO Cops $30 Million Pay Cut

has just been given a pay cut of epic proportions. The CEO finds his wallet a little lighter due to reportedly weak sales in the US, which triggered the loss of more than 1000 jobs.

Parker's 2017 pay check will be $30 million down on last year, but his pockets remain deeper than most; the reduction will see Nike's head honcho still bring home $13.9 million worth of bacon. Parker's funds have fluctuated before. His salary more than doubled in 2016 to $47.6 million – driven by the same stock options that saw his pay dip this year – meaning he’s familiar with his current take-home.
