As and the Los Angeles Lakers push for a playoff run, are taking it back 20 years with a new colourway of the . After dropping the colourway earlier this year, the debut sneaker for King James is now dressed in ‘Court Purple’, and it’s set to drop soon.
LeBron flexed this colourway on his first signature sneaker back in 2018 at the Vegas Summer League, and now it’s set for a public release. Using a tonal look, Court Purple suede and nubuck make up the upper and overlays on the Hummer H2-inspired sneaker. LeBron’s L23J logo is stitched on the tongue, with the Swoosh stitched on the lateral side. The Phylon midsole comes in Court Purple as well, with a heel Air unit and forefoot Zoom unit for cushioning. A carbon fibre shank plate is used for rigidity, and an icy translucent outsole in a herringbone pattern finishes off the sneaker.
