The Tinker Hatfield-designed Air Trainer 1, Nike's first true cross-training shoe, is celebrating its 35th anniversary in 2022 and we've seen a swath of styles both old and new over the course of the last few months. A pair that falls in the latter category is the just-revealed 'Enamel Green,' a colourway that discards the throwback technical look of the Air Trainer 1's OG makeups in favour of a lifestyle-geared build with plenty of aged details.

Intentionally blemished suede overlays with a light green shade on the upper give the shoe its name, while contrast is provided by white leather toeboxes and collars, plus traditional Nike branding on both the tongue and the forefoot strap. The aged ethos is continued down below, thanks to midsoles with a senescent 'Sail' colourway that looks like it's been in a time capsule since 1987!

An official release date for the Nike Air Trainer 1 'Enamel Green' has yet to be announced, but we're likely to see it hit shelves in the coming weeks. When it does, it'll be priced at $120.
