The Nike Air Max 97 Joins the ‘Sun Club’
Nike has been starting fictional clubs and recruiting plenty of their most iconic silhouettes to join the fun. We’ve already seen the , consisting of and , the hosting the and , and finally the which just enlisted the .
This isn’t the first ‘Sun Club’ iteration we’ve seen, as a few and an are already active members. The AM97 follows a similar maximalist script to its predecessors, with each panel boasting vibrant hues of blue, salmon and purple. Along the medial midfoot and insole is Nike’s 'Move to Zero' logo, which means the shoe was made with sustainability principles in mind.
No word has come through on a release date for the Nike Air Max 97 ‘Sun Club’ but keep an eye on your local Swoosh stockist as they should be hitting shelves soon.
