The Nike Air Max 97 ‘Silver Bullet’ is on a ‘South Beach’ Vacation
has been quietly preparing their legacy silhouette for its 25th anniversary in 2022 and it’s already looking to be a big party with plenty of attendees. Team Swoosh have allegedly invited the classic colourways like the and plus a bunch of fresh newbies such as the and a few joints. The most recent addition to the guest list is an amalgamation of two known combos and has been given the ‘Silver Beach’ moniker.
The upper has been composed with all the usual details we’ve come to expect from an AM97 however, from the images provided the full base layer of mesh looks to be more pronounced. Added leather overlays have been wrapped around and sit below the two wave-like stripes and piping. If you couldn’t already tell, the colourway takes mostly from the ‘Silver Bullet’ and has simple shades of pink and teal paying homage to ‘South Beach’.
Is the Nike Air Max 97 ‘Silver Beach’ on track to being a hit? Only time will tell! Look for this hybrid colourway to release in early 2022 at select Swoosh stockists.
