Nike Craft a Suede-Swooshed Air Max 90 ‘UNC’

Within Nike’s extensive catalogue, there are plenty of Air Max icons, but none compare to the consistent Air Max 90! Debuting at the beginning of the 90s, this silhouette has remained a consistent presence in the sneaker landscape. Next up for Team Swoosh is a colourway very reminiscent of the OG ‘Laser Blue’ dubbed ‘UNC’.

Boasting a combo reminiscent of the University of North Carolina, the uppers are doused in a mix of white, ‘University Blue’ and ‘Dark Obsidian’. The material mix is stock standard, with a white mesh base layer and leather mudguard. Interestingly, the Beaverton designers have opted for suede Swoosh, which complements the tinged Air bubbles.

No word has surfaced on an exact release date for the Nike Air Max 90 ‘UNC’. But they should be arriving at your local Swoosh stockists in the coming months.
