Official Images: Nike Air Max 1 Golf ‘Play To Live’

Nike continue to expand their Air Max Golf lineup in 2023, retooling the legendary silhouette to give you some extra swagger on the green. This year, we’ve already had numerous in-line colourways hit the shelves, the zeitgeist-consuming ‘Panda’ iteration even making an appearance in January.

The latest model is undoubtedly one of the most vibrant yet, and the ‘Play to Live’ ostensibly pays homage to the Open Championship (which is being held in Liverpool, England). Perhaps alluding to chart-topping Liverpool alma mater, The Beatles, the psychedelic 1960s remix features a ‘flower power’-style print across the mudguards.

‘Play To Live’ is debossed in retro 1960s letterform on the Swooshes, a motif extended to the heels, where the phrase ‘Live To Play’ is conveyed. Tri-coloured translucent outsoles extend the psychedelic theme, and classic white mesh with grey suede completes the design.
