Nike’s ‘Viotech’ has a rich history that dates back to the early-2000s, ever since the 2001 Japan release of the Dunk Low Pro B, Swoosh fans have loved the purple hue. Recently, ‘Viotech’ was spotted on the Dunk Low ‘Setsubun’ which was reminiscent of the atmos x Nike Air Max 1 from 2002. Now, images have been circling the internet of an Air Force 1 ‘Viotech’ that was allegedly found at a Nike outlet!

Originally, this pair surfaced on Reddit via r/Sneakers, with the original poster writing ‘Found these sample Air Force 1s at a Nike outlet’ and sharing imagery. This AF-1 boasts similar colour-blocking to the above mentioned AM1 and Dunk, rocking the same lateral mini Swoosh and ‘Viotech’ accents. The Reddit user hypothesised about what it could be, mentioning a Nike by You returned pair and cancelled production sample. @pgknows has also taken to socials to share the same colourway, it’s unclear if this is the exact same pair that the Redditor had and sold. According to them, this Nike Air Force 1 ’Viotech’ is a sample that had a 2021 production date that didn’t eventuate, having its release scrapped.

Whether this Nike Air Force 1 ‘Viotech’ will eventually drop is currently unknown, if anything else surfaces we’ll keep you updated.
