The Cactus Jack Vibes Are Heavy on This Nike Air Force 1 Shroud
recently-debuted immediately garnered comparisons to the Travis thanks to its signature lace shroud. Now, however, Nike appear to be doubling down on the inspiration/homage with a new colourway that looks like something straight out of the rapper's co-branded line.
Besides its shroud (which we'll get to in a moment), this low-cut gives off Cactus Jack vibes with its olive textile-and-suede upper, burgundy trim and combination of a white midsole and a gum outsole. The earth-toned palette is also given a little extra vibrance by way of a blaze orange insole.
The pièce de résistance, however, is the lace shroud, which, like past models is reversible – or removable if you'd prefer a cleaner look. One side is made from olive canvas, the other a much louder blaze orange canvas that matches the aforementioned insole. The silver Swoosh charm-adorned zipper is surrounded by burgundy to further the look, with a small hit of Nike branding and shimmering eyestays supplying a finishing touch. All you need now is a Cactus Jack decal, and nobody will be any the wiser.
A release date for this Air Force 1 Low Shroud has yet to be announced, but it's likely to come to market soon. Keep it locked right here for more info as it's made available.
