We're longtime fans of über contemporary and post-post modern British artist, Filfury and his esoteric sneaker art. The mainstream is starting to cotton on, and the folks over at Quartz have interviewed the clever fella to get an insight into how he develops his pieces. You can read that here, but if you're more of a visual person, then flip through the gallery above to see some of his recent work. First up is a bulging heart crafted from Balenciaga sneaks, a fox inspired by the Nike Air Mag, a stingray taken from an adidas Originals Tubular (or a Y-3 Qasa?), and a bat fashioned from a ZX Flux. Crazy stuff!
