How do Nike keep a parade of two-tone takes on the Dunk rolling when they've already released dozens of colourways over the past year and chance? By combining those colourways to make new ones, of course. A fresh grade school Dunk High has surfaced, and it appears to combine detailing from the Dunk High 'Championship Navy' and Dunk High 'Varsity Purple' to create a 'new style.'
Though this Dunk's official title is 'Navy/Court Purple/White,' much of its purple embellishment is placed in identical fashion to the above-mentioned 'Varsity Purple' Dunk High, a shoe that made its debut in 1999's 'City Attack' pack and returned with a new icy sole in 2020. These purple overlays are combined with navy Swooshes, tongue tags and heel tabs in the manner of the Dunk High 'Championship Navy.' This discordant combination sits somewhere between Nike By You and a factory mix-up that saw pieces of two shoes get combined, making for a real happy accident-style look!
At the time of writing, we don't have any exact release information. However, it's likely that this grade school-sized Dunk will hit Nike SNKRS and select retailers by the end of the year.
