Director of Japanese streetwear label BEDWIN & THE HEARTBREAKERS – Masafumi Watanabe – has unveiled his latest venture: a brand new Tokyo concept store called DAYZ, located in Miyashita Park.

The boutique brings together streetwear and sneaker favourites from Japan and all over the globe, including the likes of NEIGHBORHOOD, UNDERCOVER, Jordan Brand, Nike, adidas, and Vans. To celebrate the grand opening, many of the stocked brands will be releasing DAYZ-exclusive product.

The super-sleek store design was done by studio M&M, who adopted a clean and natural aesthetic. Additionally, the large DAYZ logo is designed by well-known fashion designer Tetsu Nishiyama.

According to Watanabe, ‘DAYZ is a space made up of a variety of sneaker brands along with Tokyo-based brands and will act as a hub for local culture. While reminiscing on the days of the 90s that we lived through, we are able to appreciate more of what today brings. Now, there are new days to come and this shop will tell the stories of those days.’

DAYZ opens to the public on July 28, alongside an online store.
