The Air Jordan 6 has been the PE silhouette du jor for Jordan Brand's collegiate hoop squads as of late, and the latest pair to be seen in detail is one created for the Marquette University Golden Eagles. A private college in Milwaukee, WI with a rich hoops history – Dwyane Wade and Jimmy Butler are just two of the many Marquette alumni that have gone on to find success in the NBA – Marquette and the Jumpman have had a longstanding relationship and this new Air Jordan 6 is the latest piece of it, following in the footsteps of previously-seen Air Jordan 5s and Air Jordan 1s.

Shown off in the above photos from @englishsole, Marquette's Air Jordan 6 PE is done up in navy, light blue and yellow, and features the cracked suede upper that's been commonplace in this year's set of collegiate Air Jordan PEs plus school-specific branding on both its heel and its lace toggles. Varsity jacket-style chenille patches appear on each throat overlay, split between Michael Jordan's #23 and a Jumpman logo, while translucent detailing on the tongue, heel tab and outsole rounds off the look.

As this Air Jordan 6 was created exclusively for Marquette's basketball program, it won't see a retail release. However, you can check it out in detail here.
