Louis Vuitton Debut Virgil Abloh’s 'Walk in the Park' Temporary Residency in Sydney
During his time as the men's artistic director at , the late always envisioned people experiencing iconic products up close and personal to fully appreciate the strength of the fashion house. He's posthumously achieving this with the global 'Walk in the Park' installations that showcase exclusive LV collections and iconic items, which is currently running in Sydney, Australia.
Alongside the stunning interior of the colour-coded space located on the corner of Pitt and King Street, will be exclusive products designed by the former men's artistic director. There will be 40 styles of sneakers available with multiple editions of the LV trainer, and one of the colourways will only be available in Sydney and limited to 100 pairs in total.
Pre-launching at the same time will be LV's new Runner Tatic sneaker, which is essentially the fashion house's take on technical running shoes with its mesh uppers and very bright green colourway.
Alongside kicks is coveted LV products such as the 1.1 Millionaire sunglasses and Monogram Kite, as well as accessories spanning Abloh’s Spring/Summer 2019 to Spring/Summer 2022 offerings, which extends to reissues of items that may have previously sold out.
The Louis Vuitton ‘Walk in the Park’ temporary residency has already commenced and runs until March 15, 2022.
