Levi's Brings Denim to Their New Balance 580 Collaboration

have recently linked up with the likes of , and they are now celebrating the 150th anniversary of the iconic 501 jean by partnering with on two colourways of the , tapping into Levi’s Bay Area roots.
New Balance and Levi’s are no strangers, collaborating previously in 2021 on the 990v3 and 992. Levi’s was founded in San Francisco, and the two colourways of the 580 take from Marin County, as it’s the birthplace of mountain biking. Using colourful hues seen on ‘70s mountain bikes, the 580 features black and blue denim on the base of the upper, and smooth grey suede and hairy cream suede are used on the overlays. Levi’s signature red tab is placed on the lateral side, as fluorescent pink and purple accent the sneakers. The ABZORB cushioned midsole features NB’s Rollbar stability post system, bringing rigidity and ruggedness to the sneaker.
