Leaked: The CLOT x sacai x Nike LDWaffle

Three-way sacai collaborations seem to be a thing now, and we’ve just received some leaked news that the Japanese brand will be partnering up with Nike once again, this time alongside Edison Chen’s CLOT! This cheeky surprise leak comes fresh off the back of word about a Fragment x sacai x Nike link, plus a KAWS x sacai x Nike partnership. Courtesy of py_rates, we’ve been blessed with a mockup of the potential colourway.

CLOT have been dominating the sneaker headlines as of late due to their legendary ‘ Kiss of Death’ Air Max 1 returning, and the debut of another AM1 colab. Now, the brand has decked out the shoe that stopped the sneakersphere in its tracks back in 2019: sacai’s LDWaffle.

Peeping the mockup above, we’ve got an off-white toned upper boasting a mix of materials, composed mainly using mesh and suede. Patterned overlays can be seen towards the rear and along the sides of the toe box. Colourful hits come through via the side branding and heel cap. To be expected with any sacai colab, we’ve got double Swooshes and tongues, plus an exaggerated sole unit down below.

So far, no concrete information has come through regarding this spicy three-way collaboration. However, if rumours are anything to go by, you can expect the CLOT x sacai x Nike LDWaffle to arrive in stores during the Northern Fall season.
