Leak Alert! sacai x Fragment x Nike LDWaffle

While you’ve been taking a well-deserved break, the sneakersphere hasn’t stopped! And, the news over at Beaverton is that a three-way colab is being cooked up using the LDWaffle, with the help of sacai and Fragment. Sure to be a year-defining release, it comes fresh off the back of sacai’s VaporWaffle, and leaks about a potential Blazer Low.

Throwing it back to 2019, Chitose Abe’s breakout banger - the LDWaffle - has been dressed in an ultra-clean Blue Void/Obsidian/White combination. As we can expect with any sacai x Nike release, major double-up energy courses through the shoe, with two Swooshes, dual tongues, heel caps and laces. Hiroshi Fujiwara makes his presence known with Fragment’s signature lighting bolt insignia plastered proudly along the lateral.

So far, we have received no official word or imagery on this release, but we do have a mock-up and leaked pics from soleheatonfeet and zsneakerheadz. We also hear that these bad boys are set to arrive around the Spring this year in the north. As usual, we’ll be sure to update you when more concrete information surfaces.
