KANGHYUK Reveal Reebok Premier Road Modern Mid for Upcoming Hyosung Colab
Korean brand KANGHYUK are continuing their dalliance with the , unveiling a mid-cut version as part of their upcoming collaboration with industrial conglomerate Hyosung.
The two brands have come together for a sustainable skiwear collection that upcycles waste materials from Hyosung’s processes. Repurposed factory-second airbags have been reworked into outwear with a utilitarian, functional aesthetic in airy hues of blue and white, which pair cleanly with the sky blue tones of the footwear offering.
The ankle-grazing iteration of the Reebok Premier Road Modern appears with familiar moulded synthetic overlays and DMX sole, while the plush collar adds a bit of extra heft to the design.
Elsewhere, barcodes, hardware and Hyosung-branded badges hint at the materials’ industrial provenance.
KANGHYUK’s latest will be available for pre-order from May 17-31, with items shipping from late-October. Just in time for the northern winter!
