K1x For Streetwear Today Magazine

K1X have teamed up with Streetwear Today magazine for a 12 page editorial spread that depicts the evolutionary stages of basketball. Telling the story of a young hoop-star, who dreams of playing in the NBA, each frame captures the energy and spirit of the game, from shaking hands with NBA Commissioner David Stern to the necessary pregame locker room rituals that every athlete enjoys. Photographed in and around Berlin, the host city for Bread & Butter 2010, by Robert Wunsch and beautifully illustrated by Paris-based artist Yue Wu, this impressive editorial spread was conceived and produced by Tom Gabrea & Niels Jäger for Team K1X and will hit newsstands in early July.Images courtesy of K1X.
