Join Salehe Bembury’s Scavenger Hunt for the New Balance Test Run Project 3.0 ‘Finders Keepers’

Salehe Bembury New Balance Finders Keepers

After revealing full views of his experimental New Balance Test Run Project 3.0 a couple of weeks ago, Salehe Bembury has explained why his colab of sorts is nicknamed ‘Finders Keepers’. Turns out he has scattered 50 individually-numbered pairs of this uber rare sneaker around Los Angeles for fans to hunt down! And, of course, ‘Finders Keepers’!

Even if the wild menagerie of leopard, white, orange, and Vibram MegaGrip soles definitely will stick out like a sore thumb in downtown LA, Bembury has packaged them up in olive green boxes, wrapped up in tonal ‘Finders Keepers’ bags.

These sneakers will never be available for sale, so the only way to obtain a pair is to be in Los Angeles right now. Bembury will be posting clues from his Instagram Stories. As mentioned, 50 pairs will be up for grabs, and almost everyone can participate, as they’ve been produced between sizes 4 to 14. There are a further 10 pairs produced internally for NB crew – including one pair for Kawhi Leonard – but they won’t be part of the scavenger hunt.

In addition to the sneakers, there will be a number of ‘Finders Keepers’ bags strewn about LA for lucky punters to do as they wish upon discovery.

Good luck!
