Joe Hebert's Mum Was Just Hired as President of Foot Locker North America

The ex- VP of North America who was previously embroiled in a resale scandal, Ann Hebert – now known as Ann Freeman – has been hired as the the president of North America. (Yes, Joe Hebert's mum!)

Freeman worked at Nike for 25 years before stepping down in 2021 following a fall from grace, which came via the discovery her son was using her credit card and name to purchase sneakers for his resale business, West Coast Streetwear. At the time, it was a . An internal investigation was completed by Nike, and Freeman was found to have done no wrongdoing – however both parties decided to part ways. Freeman went on to work at , just prior to which she changed her surname from Hebert.

The announcement of role at Foot Locker comes today after Dick's Sporting Goods have finalised the acquisition of the company.
