Where to Buy the Jacquemus x Nike Air Humara

Luxury fashion house Jacquemus has crossed over into the sneakersphere with their debut Nike colab – two takes on the Air Humara!

Known for their strong Parisian countryside aesthetic, Jacquemus are masters of accessories, known for their tiny handbags and monstrous straw hats. Now a member of Team Swoosh, their collaborative footwear and apparel collection first came to light in May, quickly followed by a campaign featuring Euphoria Star Sydney Sweeney as the star. Originally releasing as part of the brand’s wider ‘Le Paper’ collection on June 28, a global drop is almost here and the EU will be getting the first taste.

Luxuriously minimal was the chosen aesthetic for the duo but when inspected closely, there’s more than meets the eye. Supple leather acts as the base layer while shaggy suede adds depth, alongside patterned midsole and gold Swoosh. Logo touches reach the heel with a rugged hiking-inspired sole down below. Interestingly, the fabric midfoot overlays are pulled from the 1990 ACG Pocketknife, the toe box and eyestays also look to be inspired by the Air Max 95. Jacquemus did their homework!
