J Dilla X Akomplice X Joey Bada$$
California-based label has partnered with the J Dilla Foundation to press a limited release of 45 inch records with a previously unheard Dilla beat. On the B side of the record, Brooklyn's Joey Bada$$ blesses the beat with his gift. As Joey describes it, "This project has been a dream come true, working with the soul of my favorite producer of all time is an honor."
The capsule collection comprises a T-shirt and crew neck both featuring an image of an angelic Dilla hovering in the clouds above. 100% of the profits raised from this colab capsule will go straight to J Dilla Foundation's inner-city music programs where they will be used to purchase instruments and music lessons for the youth. The complete collection will be available from Akomplice stockists globally and online starting November 21st.
