The latest collaboration between New York City-based designer Sandy Liang and Vans dropped just last week! The collection was comprised of six pairs in total, and came loaded with the perfect amount of 1990s embellishment and as a result, nostalgia! Across each style, which includes two iterations of the Authentic, a Half Cab, two takes on the Sk8-Hi and one Style 73, you'll find a mix of black and white gingham print, pastel flower detailing, collar frills and of course, embroidery!

Upon closer inspection, you'll find that not only have era-based aesthetics been employed, looking at the Style 73 – the numbers 212 and 718 can be seen on the heels – the prominent area codes used in the NYC five boroughs. Following the collection's release which was also complete with matching apparel, many took to Instagram to post up in their latest kicks from this colab, making it a prime opportunity to showcase the looks as this week's How People Are Styling! Check them out down below.
