Here’s How People Are Styling the Action Bronson x New Balance 990v6 ‘Baklava’

Action Bronson has put the New Balance 990v6 on the map in a big way. With the model releasing officially last year in New Balance’s famous grey hue, the multi-hyphenate has reimagined the silhouette in one of the boldest ways possible. Known as the ‘Baklava’, the Made in USA collaborative creation featured an eclectic mix of materials and colours. Starting below, the base layer wears a striking neon green, contrasted with orange and luxe brown and silver leather. The suede mudguards are found in dark green atop cobalt blue midsoles. The cherry on top is the specialised ‘Baklava’ tongue branding.

Following much anticipation for the drop, the collaboration saw its first release last month on March 17. A wider release then followed a little while after, with many fans now having their pairs in hand and on foot. Styling of the pairs varied, with some curating their ’fits to match the ‘Baklava’ colourway and others opting to let the shoes sing on their own.
