Here’s a First Look at the Potential Yeezy 700 V3 ‘Safflower’
Kanye West’s Yeezy line is really motoring along at the moment, with multiple silhouettes hitting shelves, and new drops happening a few times a month. The BOOST 350 V2 has been the staple, opting for earthy-toned makeups, while the recently released Quantum has been making waves in the basketball scene. However, the highlight of the year for many Yeezy aficionados could well be the 700 V3. After a successful first appearance in ‘Azareth’, the notorious Yeezy Mafia let a yellow ‘Srphym’ colourway of the silhouette slip through the cracks. Now dubbed the ‘Safflower’, a potential first in-hand look at the iteration has surfaced via s.sam.group and we’re excited!
Looking similar to the first leaks provided, this version of the 700 V3 boasts the usual knit underlays, plastic cage, and black mid-section. Unlike the mockup, it looks like this pair won’t see an all-over yellow look – instead opting for yellow touches underneath the stark white overlays. Notably, this potential pair has ditched the classic lacing system for a more convenient pull-to-tighten option.
Official word is yet to surface, but we’ll update you when it does.
