Hender Scheme Have Launched new Circulation Initiative

Hender Scheme

Japanese brand Hender Scheme have begun their Circulation platform, which promotes sustainability and reduces waste.

Focusing on their expansive offering of leather goods, the Circulation initiative will be carried out with multiple programs called ‘repair’, ‘resale', ‘custom’ and ‘workshop’. All these separate schemes will play into the brand’s sustainable vision, although the ‘repair’ section will act as the main driver in extending the life of Hender Scheme products. The ‘customs’ arm of the Circulation initiative houses new interpretations of existing products with special and experimental details. For ‘resale’, Hender Scheme have created a distribution program for second-hand products. Finally, the workshop section will provide a hands-on experience where you can create your very own product.

Hender Scheme are also set to open a brick-and-mortar store based on their Circulation Initiative later this year.
