Goodhood Say Goodbye to Curtain Road and Hello to Hanbury Street Store
, the lifestyle and fashion store, have taken to over the weekend to announce the closure of their iconic brick-and-mortar on London’s Curtain Road.
Specialising in goods for the ‘independent mind’, Goodhood have been cultivating the culture since 2007, with their first store opening on Coronet Street in London in 2007. They stock everything from clothing and sneakers to skincare and home accessories, making it the ultimate destination for slow living, as they have an inherent focus on quality products – ‘Buy less, choose well, make it last’. Goodhood are well and truly in the sneaker scene as well, having collaborated with and . On top of all that, they also cultivate culture through their online presence, with blogs on political issues like why cannabis should be legalised along with championing music artists and DJs.
This isn’t the first time they’ve said goodbye to a brick-and-mortar though, as their Coronet Street location closed only for the next iteration of the store to pop up on Curtain Road in 2014. Loyal shoppers do not need to fret though, as Goodhood have made it clear that this is not the end for them, but rather just the end of the second incarnation – with Goodhood 3.0 to be born soon.
