Goal Click’s Latest Series Celebrates the 2023 Women’s World Cup
Global organisation are on a mission to inspire understanding between people through storytelling, specifically through football. By sharing diverse stories through this lens, they keep the conversation open at all levels, from the grassroots through to the elite. Established in 2014, Goal Click use a variety of mediums to share stories, including photography (both digital and analogue), articles, short films and exhibitions.
With the currently underway, Goal Kick took the opportunity to do what they do best, inviting players from all over the world to tell their stories from their journeys, whether the focus is on their personal lives, communities, club seasons, training camps and more. In the lead-up to the World Cup, Goal Click curated stories from a handful of players including Australia’s Charli Grant, the US Women’s National Team’s Naomi Girma, Switzerland’s Luana Bühler and more. Each story is accessible as a photo diary story.
