Foot District Celebrate Joining the adidas Consortium with EQT Anniversary Party

Within nine short years, Spain’s Foot District have bolstered their formidable e-commerce presence with slick brick-and-mortar setups in Barcelona and Madrid. Now, the latest achievement they’ve unlocked is membership into the prestigious adidas Consortium, an exclusive cohort of retail partners that represent the best of the Three Stripes. To celebrate their newly acquired (and lauded) status in style, both brands came together to throw a special dinner party which included both delectable food and a showcase of commemorative sneakers. The event also marked the 30th anniversary of the iconic EQT series.

Another highlight was the premiere of a conceptual video filmed by Foot District, depicting talented performers dancing around the famous ‘Barcelona Chair’ inside the same pavilion the party was held at. According to Foot District, the stark minimalism and effective qualities of both furniture and venue represented the core ethos of the adidas EQT series: ‘Everything that is essential. Nothing that is not.’
