Foamer Simpson Tests LeBron 11, D Rose 4 And Jordan Xx8
Modern day shoe poet and Sneaker Freaker life member has stepped into the world of performance reviews. He has conducted some scientific wear tests of three of the most important ball sneaks of the year, the , and , putting them through their paces on court with plenty of jumps and swivels to really work those wheels. Foamer has stepped his grown man game up too, this is the tech talk side for the usually wild wordsmith – but we still get some lyrical gems, like the comparisons of the LeBron 11 to Bane's tank out of The Dark Knight Rises, and the D Rose 4 to the bad guy from The Terminator. He digs the sleekness, bounce and court feel of the D Rose 4, but feels support is a bit weak and said there's, 'Not enough oomph on the upper, I damn near felt like I was out there in some high top Fly Knits.' That earned them three and a half stars out of five, while the LeBron 11 and Jordan XX8 tied at four and a half stars. He was loving the snug fit of the LeBron and Lunarlon cushioning but felt a little bit of heel rub, but he couldn't find any real fault with the XX8 – the Zoom unit and cushioning was 'top notch' and the breathability and court feel was 'money'. So even though it was a tie, we've got a feeling Foamer is into the J a bit more, which he called, 'The best performance Jordan to date' – high praise indeed.
