First Look: KAWS x sacai x Nike Blazer Low Collaboration
Renowned artist and Japanese fashion label have officially announced a collaborative project, which features a huge range of apparel, as well as new colourways of the . The news comes just months after KAWS put his on the sought-after sacai x Nike LDWaffle, customising a pair for the Free Arts NYC 21st Annual Art Auction in late 2020.
Revealed on Instagram as part of Chitose Abe’s Autumn/Winter 2021 collection, the collaborative Blazer Lows can be seen in two colourways. The first pair takes on a warmer look, boasting a predominantly red and orange upper, decorated with sacai’s trademark layered Swoosh. Additionally, there’s hits of yellow, blue and tan in the mix. For the second pair, cooler blue and green shades are used, while pink and yellow accents are spotted underneath the upper’s eyelets and side layers. Fingers crossed better pics surface soon!
At present, there’s rumours that more collaborative sneakers could be on the way. We’ll hang tight for more announcements and pics ahead of a potential drop in July.
