Event Recap: Sneakerness Makes its Way to Milan
The Sneakerness jamboree rolled in the Italy’s fashion capital Milan over the weekend and, as expected, it brought plenty of heat on feet.
Kicking off with a launch party organised by Special Sneaker Club, the event took place at the Fabbrica Orobia near the Prada Exhibition. The warehouse space provided a stunning backdrop for all the swap-meet action and foodtruck festivities.
Once again, StockX came through with their drop-off service, while KLEKT gave attendees a chance to win goodies and rare pairs with a spin of a wheel.
Just like the stop in Paris, Sneakerness Milan was filled with ridiculous amounts of hype. However, the OG heads were also well represented with bountiful vintage Air Max and retro Zoom vendors. Archival inventories from the likes of Driss and Archive DNA were some of the highlights, as an exhibition by Project Blitz also delivered some opulent offerings.
Our revered tome — The Ultimate Sneaker Book — was again one of the prized items of the day. Thanks to everyone who dropped by the stand for a chat!
