Update March 16, 2023: Drake’s upcoming NOCTA Turks and Caicos apparel collection has been loaded onto SNKRS! The range includes Drizzy-approved vacay essentials including t-shirts, shorts, hats, socks, a towel, and of course, the Swim Fins! Scroll down for all the links to shop on March 22.

Update March 10, 2023: The NOCTA x Nike Swim Fins are actually set to release! There’s also a ‘Spring Break’ apparel collection ready to drop, too. The Swim Fins will become available at select souvenir shops in Turks and Caicos, with the initial release via NOCTA’s webstore and SNKRS on March 17. A wider release is then set to follow on March 22.

Drake has been known to venture into experimental stylistic avenues in both his music career and fashion sense. The latter is being put to the test this time, with the seeming arrival of some swimming flippers via his NOCTA collaborative label with Nike.

In e-comm images shared via House of Heat, these quirky flip flops bear a near-identical resemblance to the Nike Swim Fins, a core item in the Swoosh’s under-represented aquatic line. This NOCTA edition adds its namesake branding to the rubber upper (if it can be called that) and some additional cryptic acronyms of ‘A.W.R.’ on the left fin and ‘C.L.’ on the right. Some quick internet sleuthing points towards ‘All Wrongs Reversed’ and ‘CopyLeft’, which refer to some intellectual property jargon and likely a playful nod at Drake’s subversive collaboration here.

There’s no official confirmation of this release just yet, but these Swim Fins could form part of a wider NOCTA performance sports collection. The label previously released a Nike basketball apparel collection, so perhaps this time, it will be swimwear.
