PRESS RELEASE
October 12, 2009 - Vista, CA - Brace yourself - the new 2010 DC snowboarding site is now live. Built to support the DC Snowboarding Collection of boards, boots, outerwear, first layer and accessories that is hitting shops now, www.dcshoes.com/snow features in-depth information on new technologies and new products, plus fresh team rider pages, new videos, and photos. Today's premiere of the five-part DC Shredisode Series directed by Pierre Wikberg offers another reason to keep coming back to the DC snowboarding site.

"DC has a history of constantly trying to one-up what we've done the year before, and that is definitely true for our new snowboarding products and Website that highlights them," said Ken Block, DC Co-Founder and Chief Brand Officer. "We continue to improve the technology and progression of our boards, boots and outerwear, and I am really happy with our 2010 Collection."

The line - thanks to the hard work of the DC team and DC's product designers - has been met with universal praise from retailers and the riders for whom it was created. Highlights include the introduction of DC's Bender Anti Camber technology, art collaborations with Mark Penxa and Andrew Rae, a whole new fit and level of performance for boots, and outerwear that combine technical excellence with compelling new prints, patterns and styles - keeping riders dry and looking good.

Accompanying the products are all new pages for each member of the team, comprised of 17 of the most talented and innovative snowboarders today. From pros like Devun Walsh and Travis Rice to ams like Lonnie Kauk and newcomer Halldor Hellgason, each page comes stocked with a bio, interview, and an extensive gallery of previously un-seen photos and videos.

Bulking up the new www.dcshoes.com/snow is The DC Shredisode Series. Directed by Pierre Wikberg of Robotfood fame, each mini-video will be released once a month for five months starting this week. Check out the first one now at www.dcshoes.com/snow/videos.

Visit today, and stay tuned for further announcements on many more exciting elements and features to be added to www.dcshoes.com/snow before the season is over.
