Cultish and Sneaker LAB Team Up and Encourage ZA Youth to ‘Rise’
may be best known for their line of shoe care products, but they’ve added a bigger mission to their main objective of keeping sneakers clean and fresh. They’ve teamed up with local South African brand Cultish to produce a limited edition hoodie that promotes the message of ‘Rise’ within the youth community.
The hoodie is a stylish oversized piece that’s archetypical of the graphic-strewn garments found in modern streetwear. Coming in classic white or black colourways, oversized ‘RISE’ text on the chest and back amplify the uplifting message.
More tangibly is the supplementary release of a limited edition Sneaker LAB kit that was created in June to coincide with Youth Day, whereby the proceeds will go towards the Peninsula School Feeding Association non-profit organisation. The PSFA was established in 1958 after ZA discontinued their national school feeding program, and aims to ensure youth are fed and focused in school, thus encouraging greater social outcomes. Sneaker LAB have supported the PSFA for the past three years, and this latest event demonstrates their continued commitment to the cause.
