Crooked Tongues 10th Birthday Bbq

Crooked Tongues have been sizzling up the UK sneaker scene for the past ten years. To celebrate a decade of dope kicks, join the Crooked crew next week for their annual BBQ. Fine food, finer footwear and free drinks... could anything be sweeter? It all happens Sunday, September 19th, 2pm-1am at Shoreditch Studios, New Inn Yard EC2A. Crooked Tongues and Reebok present The Crooked Tongues 10th Anniversary BBQ

Crooked Tongues has led the field in the UK trainer scene for 10 years now, so it seemed timely to mark the occasion. Having put on a series of end of summer BBQs in previous years across London and as far afield as Bangkok, the 10th Anniversary BBQ is set to be the biggest yet.

Staying true to what they know, Crooked Tongues has partnered with Reebok and Dickies to put on an afternoon outdoor barbeque that runs smoothly into an evening club event with DJs including Rodigan, Alex Nut and Cosmin TRG. Reebok will also be using the event as an opportunity to showcase key footwear releases for A/W2010 and S/S 2011.

With a taste in food that matches Crooked Tongues' fine footwear, Nando's Spitalfields will be on hand to provide their famous flame-grilled PERi-PERi Chicken during the afternoon. Singha Beer, Havana Club Rum, Vodka O and Tequila Blu are all making a contribution to the festivities, and there'll be soft drinks on hand as well.

Fine footwear, great DJs, plus free food & drink-this event is the perfect end to the summer.
