Converse Soho Specialty Store

On November 26th Converse opens a specialty store in SoHo, Manhattan's favourite shopping district. The 7,000 square foot retail space celebrates the brand's heritage by featuring old gymnasium bleachers, recycled wood flooring, salvaged Brooklyn factory parts and iconic New York imagery. But the real highlight is a 35 x 15 foot American flag made of 648 pairs of red, white and blue Chuck Taylor All Stars. Add a 40-foot Chuck Taylor showcase wall and you've got yourself a true Converse mecca. Another defining feature of the shop will be a custom workshop creating bespoke shoes, t-shirts and bags.
