The Converse Fastbreak Pro Goes Collegiate

Converse have been subtly succeeding all 2023, tapping a number of epic creatives for collaborative drops that whet the appetite of sneakerheads around the globe. From the Awake NY and Tyler, the Creator linkups to pgLang’s Chuck 70s, the US-based brand don’t show signs of slowing down. Next up, a duo of Fastbreak Pro colourways are being primed to land today, and they exude a distinctly collegiate vibe.

For the uninitiated, the Converse Fastbreak originally released in 1983 as a basketball-geared sneaker. In 2023, the legendary silhouette has been updated as a Pro version for skating, kitted out with plenty of archival detailing. Sticking to the OG vibes, the design includes a durable rubber cup sole with plush leather, cushy midsole, and midtop design. Two collegiate colourways are set to debut, one boasting two-tone white/blue, while the second opts for white/yellow.
