Take a Closer Look at CLOT’s Wild Nike Cortez

are known for their zany sneaker collaborations with and , reworking silhouettes with unique details and interesting tweaks. Now, the closest look yet of their upcoming collaborative Cortez has surfaced after being spotted on the feet of the brand’s founder, Edison Chen. Early pairs have arrived – gifted to their Friends and Family – and the CLOT x Nike is packed with plenty of wild additions.
The upper is ensconced in a removable neoprene bootie connected to the usual Cortez sole unit, secured via a toggle system. Removing that reveals the Cortez upper, which features a flat sole reminiscent of martial arts shoes and explains the words ‘Kung Fu’ written in Chinese on the heel.
The CLOT x Nike Cortez will allegedly arrive for Spring 2023 in three colourways, including a ‘Black/White’, ‘Black Varsity Maize’ and ‘Forest Gump’.
