Closer Look: The Nike SB Dunk Low 'Wheat Mocha'
Arguably the best part about Nike’s annual Fall/Autumn sneaker lineups is the slew of earthy ‘Wheat’ colourways. This year, Nike SB jump on board, taking to the iconic Dunk Low with a distinctive ‘Wheat Mocha’ scheme that’s sure to be one of most sought-after cold-weather creps of 2020.
The latest leaked pictorial confirms that this pair will look pretty similar to the popular ‘Wheat’ Dunk Low from 2007. The autumnal vibe is carried with a bevy of brown tones throughout the shoe, most notably on the golden suede upper. The laces and lining come in a matching hue, with traditional branding hits adding a subtle contrast. Meanwhile, the sole unit – like the 2007 version – adds some welcome texture to the mix, with a darker ‘Mocha’ midsole and gum outsole completing the wintery ensemble.
All things considered, it would’ve been nice to see Nike SB add some GORE-TEX to the mix. However, we still expect these Dunks to be snapped up instantly (like the rest of ‘em this year!).
No release date has been revealed for the Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Wheat Mocha’, but you can expect a drop at Nike and select skate shops in the coming weeks. We’ll be sure to bring you the Where to Buy guide!
