Closer Look: Marquette Basketball's Player Exclusive Air Jordan 5
Over the past few months, have created a limited lineup of Player Exclusives for their affiliated college teams, and the latest uber-rare rendition has surfaced. We’ve seen luxurious themed colourways of the legendary silhouette for the , and the , and now we’ve got a better look at the rendition finessed for Marquette.
Finessed for the school’s basketball program, the shoe arrives in Marquette’s trademark blue hue. The upper is elevated with the classic elephant print all over, just like the other AJ5 PEs we’ve seen in 2021. Additional details include the team’s MU logo embroidered on the contrasting yellow suede tongues, while the bright tone is also used on the trademark speckled shark teeth detailing on the midsole. For the midsole, we’ve got the familiar white composition, with an icy outsole providing the base. At the rear, there’s a yellow ‘Nike Air’ embroidered on the heels to complete the look.
As with all the college PE colourways, the Air Jordan 5 ‘Marquette’ PE won’t be available to the public, with a strictly limited number reserved for team and staff members, as well as family and friends.
