China Edition Kobe Vi Launch

Marking Chinese New Year, Kobe Bryant was sprung with a surprise delivery of his new China Edition Kobe VIs, delivered in person by a group of ten Chinese teens who had traveled 7000 miles to meet their idol. The kids were in LA as part of the 'Basketball Connections' cultural exchange program, an initiative instigated by Kobe in conjunction with Nike, the After-School All-Stars, Los Angeles and Let Me Play, a project of China Children and Teens’ Fund.
