Cecilie Bahnsen has become one of ASICS’ most foremost collaborators in 2023. The Copenhagen-based label – renowned for its French fashion aesthetic meets Scandinavian style – debuted their first ASICS collaboration for spring/summer 2023 at Paris Fashion Week last year. After the debut, the pairs eventually became available to buy, which featured 50 one-of-a-kind pairs of the GEL-1090, GEL-1130, GEL-Nimbus 9, GEL-Nimbus 23 and the GEL-Nimbus 24. Despite luxury prices ranging from €350 to €490 the collaboration was executed so well the pairs all sold out with the quickness.

Since then, Bahnsen’s eponymous brand has also curated a run of exclusive pairs for Dover Street Market, specifically using the GEL-NYC. Continuing the partnership’s ongoing success, Bahnsen has just officially revealed another go-around with ASICS once again at Paris Fashion Week. The latest features two monochromatic pairs – one in silver and one in black – using the new ASICS GT-2160 silhouette. Adorned with familiar flower motifs and clear panelling across the uppers, they’ve also been reimagined into a maryjane-like style.

Pairs are currently available to peruse on display at ASICS’ immersive pop-up experience at 35-37 Rue des Francs Bourgeois. Limited pairs will also become available to buy at the space.
