BUSTED! Kanye West Spotted in Nike (Again)

How much stock can we really put in brand loyalty in 2021? With artists and designers switching teams like it’s going out of fashion, there’s really no surprise when we see someone with a Goliath sneaker deal stunting other brands.

There’s been plenty of high-profile defections of late, of course headlined by Jerry Lorenzo’s much publicised move to adidas basketball (after releasing lucrative collaborations with Team Swoosh). But while we’re not expecting Kanye West to ink a deal with Nike anytime soon, Team Trefoil execs certainly won’t be happy with ’Ye, the 44-year-old rapper and Yeezy proprietor again spotted wearing Nike.

Shared by Diddy’s photographer Onda, Kanye was spotted in head-to-toe Balenciaga, with a pair of Heron Preston x Nike receiver gloves.

It’s not the first time Kanye’s been busted hoarding Nike products. In 2018, we caught a glimpse of Kanye’s footwear closet, featuring the likes of Off-White Prestos and NB990s. In 2019, we also saw him wearing a pair of the Nike Air Max 720 iSPA while shopping.
