Brain Dead and Converse Are Back with a Two-Shoe Pack!

When it comes to collaborations, Brain Dead just don’t seem to stop. They’ve already made a mark on 2020 with multiple Reebok link-ups, and now they’re back with Converse for a two-shoe pack that’s got mouths watering. The creps haven’t been officially revealed or announced, but we’ve conducted some recon and have located a few images of the upcoming shoes that have been floating around Instagram thanks to Brain Dead’s head honcho, and friends of the brand.

First up, we’ve got the Chuck 70, and it exudes the Brain Dead aesthetic like nothing we’ve seen before. The usual canvas uppers are in place, but they’ve added a mismatched cow print pattern on each panel, plus different laces for that wacky eye-catching look. Turning to the midsole, they’ve completely switched up the construction, separating it into small blocks and turning some of them upside-down. Brain Dead branding has been placed along the lateral side, and has also been scripted around the sole unit down below.

Moving onto the second member of the pack, we’re unsure if this is a new silhouette or a hybrid. It looks like a One Star on steroids, with a touch of hiking inspiration. This pair also boasts cow print graphics but has been toned down with the mesh overlays and black midsole.

So far, official release details have not surfaced, but we’ll keep you updated the minute they do!
