Book Works Add Luxe Insoles to the adidas Campus 80s
New York–based clothing brand Book Works are known for creating garments inspired by their love for music, specifically the Jazz genre. Recently, they linked with outdoors brand Gramicci for a collaborative collection that hit all the right musical notes, and now we hear that their next endeavour is with using the silhouette. A bunch of official imagery has just come through, along with some potential release information.
The Campus 80s is a classic and clean option from the Three Stripes, and Book Works kept it low-key to let the shoe shine. Injected with jazzy energy, the team covered the pair in an all-black base with minimal branding, plus a two-tone rainbow along the sides in ‘Bold Blue’ and ‘Collegiate Green’. Book Works make their mark via an ultra-luxe gold logo hit on the heel. The highlight is the insole, which features an opulent stitched leather panel on a bed of musical notes.
According to some sources, the Book Works x adidas Campus 80s is scheduled to release today, September 17, at select Three Stripes stockists. However, nothing has been announced by the brands as of yet, so we’ll keep you updated.
