Ben Harper Tribute To Lewis Marnell
The global skate community was rocked to the core by the sudden passing of pro skater and all-round good dude Lewis Marnell recently. In the wake of his death, Lewis' family has been left in financial dire straights. To help out the family in their time of need, Ben Harper has reunited with the Innocent Criminals to re-record 'Jah Work' as a tribute to Lewis. It is now available on iTunes and all funds raised from downloads will go directly to the Marnell family. Harper actually plays Lewis' guitar on the track too! "Lewis was a brilliant artist and athlete not to mention a truly beautiful soul," Harper said. "We loved him and his contributions to skating, and we thought a song would be a wonderful way to celebrate his life and help his family.”
